Each commercial space consists of an open space with plenty of room for multiple work areas in addition to the kitchen.  Other partitioned offices and meeting rooms are arranged around it. The freestanding built-in cabinets structure the room layout and provide plenty of storage. Next to the bathroom is an additional room that can be used for the server, for example. Due to their size, the commercial areas A and C are equipped with an additional room compared to the commercial area B, which serves as an archive.

The parquet floor is made of dark wenge wood. The walls and ceilings, on the other hand, are kept simple with painted white plaster. The bathroom floor is made of natural stone and the walls are made of glass mosaic. The designer kitchen with a chrome steel top has a V-Zug refrigerator and dishwasher, which are installed under the kitchen combination. All commercial spaces are equipped with uniform discreet curtains.
